What are our operating hours?
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
Saturdays: 08:00 – 12:00
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No need, for shipping purposes we do however request that you provide us with contact details when checking out
What payment methods are available?
EFT, instant EFT, and Mastercard/VISA payments
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
Flat Rate R100.
Once payment has been successfully cleared, we will immediately process your order and your parcel will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days. Orders in outlying areas such as small cities, can take between 5-7 working days.
International shipping available. Please reach out to us on info@bumswear.co.za for international shipping costs.
How can I track my order?
Upon placing an order, we will send an order confirmation email, followed by another email with the tracking number of your package.
How do I change something on my order after it has been placed?

What are the return, exchange or refund policies?
Returns Policy
Please choose your Bums Wear items carefully. We are unable to offer returns on our underwear due to hygiene reasons. If there is a manufacturing fault with your Bums, please send us an email at info@bumswear.c.o.za and we will gladly assist. A return on unworn Bums items that has a manufacturing fault will be accepted 7 days after date of purchase.
